周圣华，江苏宜兴人，1993年6月，香港大学博士，东南大学讲师及硕士生导师，江苏省“双创博士”人才计划入选者。研究方向是数字技术（如大模型）驱动的基础设施治理。近期开展并发表多项大模型与土木工程领域相结合的研究，欢迎对实现完全人工智能（Full AI）有兴趣的同学加入。目前, 主持国家自然科学基金1项，江苏省社会科学基金1项，中央高校基本科研业务费项目2项；参与国家社会科学基金重大课题1项，国家重点研发计划2项。已发表同行评审论文60余篇，其中SCI/SSCI论文50余篇（一作/通讯25篇，含中科院1区TOP且IF≥9.9的论文10篇）、EI/CSSCI/CSCD论文10篇，担任数十个SCI/SSCI期刊及EI国际会议审稿人。
